My work includes serving as an advisor to a high-growth fintech, Hyperlayer, which enables hyper-personalisation and financial control for AI-driven financial services. I am also an advisor to the global management consulting firm, Bain & Company, where I leverage my 20 years experience to serve their clients

At the end of 2023, my career took a new and exciting path as I decided to put on the “start-up hoodie” and co-founded Yellow Dot, a digital coaching company. There I bring my coaching, innovation and commercial experience to build the future of coaching through our AI coach “Mai”
What led me here…
I spent 16 years at HSBC, one of the largest global financial institutions, working with teams and on projects across UK & Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Americas
I was a Managing Director, with roles including Global Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff. I enjoyed building and leading high performing teams – whether in strategy, commercial, proposition & product development, or sustainability
